The staff went above and beyond by returning the sim cards that I had accidentally left in the room, showing their exceptional attention to detail and customer care. the tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked and easily accessible, adding a touch of home comfort to my experience. the sitting area was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring the stunning venue and cuddling with the animals. the terrace offered breathtaking views and the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea while soaking in the peaceful surroundings. the garden furniture was of high quality and allowed me to fully enjoy the beautiful outdoor space. Overall, this hotel truly went above and beyond in every aspect, making my stay an unforgettable and exceptional experience.
